A licensed Real Estate brokerage, GBI can also assist you in your land-search and purchase, even further pulling together all of the challenging and intimidating details that make dreaming to build feel so unreachable. Discovery & Planning
The better we get to know you, the better we can build your story. We'll ask thoughtful questions and then listen to your vision & needs. This collaborative stage allows us to gain clarity on what truly matters to you so that all decisions are intentional and well-informed.
Design & Development
We'll set a plan in motion to make it all a reality with your goals and budget, timelines and style. This phase is all about blending design, practical living, and your personal vison to create a home, or commercial space, that feels intentional and uniquely yours.
Pre-Construction & Pricing
During this phase, we'll finalize design and details and pull together pricing that reflects your goals. We'll set up meetings for you with specialists in flooring, countertops, and other design selections so that we can incorporate those selections into your cost analysis. The goal is to eliminate uncertainty and prevent surprises so that everyone feels confident moving forward. We'll work with your lender during this time, too, so that the construction process is married with the financing process, allowing you a foundation peace-of-mind through the entire build.

Our Project Manager is meticulous in his attention to detail, and supervises each project with intention and precision. We only work with sub-contractors and tradesman who have proven their quality and craftsmanship, as well as their follow-up and warranty commitment.
